摘要 锅炉房输煤系统是锅炉燃料供给的命脉。针对输煤胶带因老化、磨损、交变应力等因素造成裂纹、破损甚至撕裂后,无法及时、有效恢复输煤系统运行的原状等问题,突破生产技术瓶颈和靠外援的技术局限,运用轻便、灵活、简单、实用、高效的硫化粘接工艺,破解输煤胶带粘接技术难题,保障输煤系统安全运行。 The coal-conveying system in a boiler room is the lifeblood of the fuel- supplying to the boiler. Due to factors such as aging ,wearing and alternating stress, the coal conveying belt often suffers from cracks,damages and even tearing,which is often unable to be restored timely and effectively to the original situation to solve the difficult technical problem for belt adhesive and guarantee the safe operation of the coal conveying system, the technology described in this essay adopts light,flexible,simple, practical and efficient vulcanization bonding technical limitations on external aids. process, greatly breaking the bottlenecks and
