轮胎桩单桩复合地基承载力的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为提高散体材料桩的力学性能和废弃橡胶轮胎在建筑领域的应用,提出一种新型轮胎桩。由于橡胶轮胎具有很好的环向及径向抗拉强度,在荷载作用下,可以有效发挥橡胶轮胎的环箍作用,增强散体材料的抗剪切能力。笔者通过室内模型试验研究了轮胎桩复合地基承载力特性以及轮胎桩内不同填充物、不同直径的轮胎桩和不同下卧层刚度对轮胎桩复合地基承载性状的影响。结果表明:轮胎桩单桩复合地基能够减小地基沉降,增加地基承载力;橡胶轮胎桩中填充料的性质可以影响轮胎桩单桩复合地基的承载能力,混凝土废骨料可以代替河砂作为橡胶轮胎桩的填充物;轮胎桩复合地基随着轮胎尺寸的增加,承载力先变大后减小;下卧层刚度的变化对轮胎桩复合地基承载力的影响较大。 To improve the mechanical properties of granular material pile and application of the waste rubber tire in architecture field,a new type of pile is put forward. Because of high ring and radial tensile strength of the rubber tires,they can reinforce the anti-shear ability of granular material under load. Through indoor model tests,the bearing capacity of the rubber tires pile composite foundation under different diameter,different filler and different subjacent bed were discussed. Results show that,the rubber tires pile composite foundation can reduce ground settlement and increase the bearing capacity of ground; The properties of packing material in the rubber tires pile affects the shearing capacity of rubber tire pile composite foundation,the waste concrete aggregate can replace river sand as filler in rubber tires pile; The bearing capacity of the rubber tires pile composite foundation increases first and then decreases with increasing of tire size; Changes of substratum rigidity have a bigger impact on the bearing capacity of the tire pile composite foundation.
