摘要
世茂深坑酒店坑下近70m高,主体结构依崖壁而建,立面形态复杂;在坑底及崖壁设置两个支承点,结构及构件的受力规律极为特殊。基于力学简化模型,阐述了上、下两点支承结构的整体受力规律。探索了主框架竖向构件在各荷载工况下内力权重;研究了主框架钢管混凝土柱与钢支撑重力荷载下的轴力分布规律,分析表明其内力分布与结构形态紧密相关;基于强迫位移概念论述了跨越桁架刚度控制的重要性及解决方案;采用ANSYS软件对若干关键节点进行了有限元分析;研究了不同施工顺序下主框架内力变化规律,论述了施工模拟分析的重要性。通过对钢结构主框架受力规律的研究,保证了结构设计安全性与经济性的和谐统一。
The underneath height of Shimao Chasm Hotel is about 70 m,and its facade configuration is complicated.Due to the support from two locations,the force transfer of the structure is different from that of regular structures.Based on a simplified model,the overall force transfer of the structure is introduced in this paper.The internal force distributions of structural members under different load cases are discussed.The axial force of structural columns and braces under vertical load is studied.The importance of crossing truss stiffness is discussed.FEM analysis of some key joints is conducted using ANSYS software.At last,the significance of construction simulation analysis is taken into account.Based on the mechanical behavior research of the main steel frame structure,the safety and rationality of the steel structure are guaranteed.
