先天性广泛眼外肌纤维化综合征伴下睑内翻倒睫1例 被引量：3

摘要 患儿女性,3岁。家长发现患儿右眼睁不大伴畏光、流泪3年;既往史：患儿2年前于上海市新华医院行斜视矫正术。眼部检查：头后仰,下颌上举,右眼上眼睑遮挡瞳孔1mm,不能上举,下睑睫毛内翻,右眼球固定,上转及外转不过中线,牵拉眼球各方向运动均受限,双眼角膜透明,前房深度可,晶状体透明,眼底正常,视力及眼压检查不配合。辅助检查：2014年7月28日上海市新华医院头颅MRI示：
