绷带式角膜接触镜用于翼状胬肉手术治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of bandage type contact lens in the treatment of pterygium

目的探讨绷带式角膜接触镜在翼状胬肉手术治疗中的应用效果。方法选取翼状胬肉手术患者80例(90只眼,其中8只眼复发性翼状胬肉),其中46只眼术者佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜,44只眼未佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜。佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜,观察佩戴后角膜刺激症状、角膜上皮愈合情况及并发症情况。结果佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜早期角膜刺激症状明显缓解,患者接受度高。结论短期内佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜无严重不良反应,明显缓解角膜刺激症状,提高患者舒适度。绷带式角膜接触镜用于治疗翼状胬肉依从性好。

Objective To study the role of bandage type corneal contact lens in the treatment of pterygium surgery.Methods 80 cases（90 eyes） of pterygium surgery patients were selected.46 eyes wore a bandage type corneal contact lens and 44 eyes did not wear a bandage type corneal contact lens.Corneal irritation,epithelial healing and complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The corneal contact lens wearing relieved corneal irritation and patients’ acceptancewas high.Conclusions Short term bandage type contact lens wearing showed no serious adverse reactionand significant alleviationof the corneal irritation and improvement in patient comfort and compliance.
