眼前节参数生物测量的临床研究进展

Advances in biological measurement of anterior segment parameters

常用的眼前节生物学数据有:中央角膜厚度(CCT)、前房角角度(ACA)、前房深度(CACD,PACD)、前房容积(ACV)、角膜曲率(K)、瞳孔大小等,对屈光手术评估、青光眼等疾病的诊断具有重要临床价值。近年来,能定量进行眼前节生物测量的仪器大量出现。本文中针对这类仪器的原理、特点及临床研究进展进行综述。

There are many common biometric parameters for anterior segment,such as central corneal thickness,anterior chamber angle,central and perimeter anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber volume,keratometrics,pupil diameter,etc.These measurements play important roles in evaluation and diagnosis of ocular disease,especially in glaucoma and refractive surgery.Recently,many devices foranterior segment biometric measurement emerged.This paper reviewed the principle,characteristics and clinical research progress of those devices.
