摘要 简要介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)研究开发的FSDS超深度加氢脱硫技术及其在国Ⅴ柴油升级中的应用情况。中型试验结果表明,对于相同的混合柴油原料,在反应压力和氢油体积比不变的条件下,将进料的体积空速由2.5 h^(-1)降至1.0 h^(-1),平均反应温度可降低约30℃,有利于装置的长周期稳定运行。工业应用结果表明,针对设计空速较高(大于2.4 h^(-1))的柴油加氢装置,通过增加一台加氢反应器,将进料体积空速降低至1.1 h^(-1)左右,并对部分设备进行适当的改造,可以使装置在较缓和的操作条件下,生产出满足国Ⅴ标准的清洁柴油或调合组分。该技术的成功应用,为炼油企业的老旧柴油加氢装置实现产品质量升级提供了可靠的技术保证。 In this paper the FSDS ultra deep desulfurization process developed by Fushun Research Insti- tute of Petroleum & Petrochemicals (FRIPP) and its application in GBV diesel upgrading are introduced. The results of pilot plant tests showed that, for the same mixed feed and under the conditions of keeping reaction pressure and hydrogen/oil unchanged, LHSV could be reduced to 1.0 h^-1 from 2.5 h^-1 and WABT could be lowered by about 30 ~C, which were favorable for unit' s long-term stable operation. The commercial applica- tion results showed that, for the diesel hydrotreating unit with high design space velocity (greater than 2.4 h^-1), by adding a hydrotreating reactor, the feeding LHSV was reduced to about 1.1 h^-1. Some appro- priate revamps were made on some equipment, which could produce GB V standard or clean diesel blending components under moderate operating conditions. The successful application of this technology provides relia- ble technical guarantee for the upgrading of diesel for the old hydrotreating units.
