MTO装置滑阀故障分析

摘要 神华包头煤化工有限责任公司MTO装置自开工以来,出现再生滑阀下料不畅和滑阀内件冲蚀严重等问题,滑阀的运行寿命短。结合MTO装置的工艺特点和滑阀的结构特点,对滑阀存在的问题进行了原因分析,并采取了一系列改造措施:将滑阀开口中心相对于阀体中心进行偏移;阀板的前端底部增加耐磨衬里;阀杆头部增加耐磨镀层;调整导轨蒸汽吹扫量;改变阀体内部的衬里固定形式等,解决了滑阀下料不畅、内件冲蚀严重等问题,延长了滑阀使用寿命,保障了MTO装置的长周期安全稳定运行。 Serious problems of slow unloading of slide valve and severe erosion of intemals of slide valve have been found in the MTO unit in Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co. , Ltd. since its start-up. The causes of existing problems of slide valves were analyzed in consideration of process characteristics of MTO unit, and revamping meas- ure were taken such as deviating slide valve opening center and valve body center, adding wear-resistant liner to the front bottom of the valve plate, installing wear-resistant coating to the head of valve rod, adjusting the flowrate of rail steam blowing, changing the liner' s fixed forms in the valve body, etc. All these have helped to solve prob- lems of slow unloading and internals erosion and guaranteed a long-term stable operation of MTO unit.
