绿色产业竞争力评价——以新疆地区为例

Evaluation of Green Industrial Competitiveness——Taking an Example of Xinjiang Area

新疆作为我国自然生态环境脆弱同时经济社会也较为落后的地区,需要在追求经济发展的同时也注重环境保护工作。构建出新疆绿色产业竞争力评价模型,对该地区2011—2015年的指标数据用熵值法求出权重以及综合得分,对新疆地区进行纵向对比。得出结论:新疆地区绿色产业竞争力呈现反弹式上升。同时从政府、企业、社会三个方面针对绿色生产、绿色消费、绿色环境提出相应建议。

Xinjiang is a natural ecological environment of our country＇s fragile economic and society is relatively backward areas, also need to pay attention to environmental protection work in the pursuit of economic development at the same time. This paper constructs the evaluation model of competitiveness of Xinjiang green industry. The index data of the area from 2011 to 2015 by the entropy method to calculate weights and comprehensive score, longitudinal comparison is carried out in Xinjiang area. Conclusion： green industry in Xinjiang competitiveness rebound increase. At the same time in politics three aspects of government, enterprise and society are put forward in accordance with green production, green consumption and green environment.
