为了能够实现电火花线切割加工各种口型的模具的快速准确装夹与定位,设计了一种定值圆柱形工件的新型线切割夹具,不仅能够节省装夹的时间,还可以降低形位公差调试难度。

In order to be able to achieve wedm processing various fast and exact clamping and positioning of mouth of the mould, we design a constant value of cylindrical work piece new line fixture, can not only save the clamping time, can also reduce the form tolerance debugging difficulty.
