首先从落实支撑性协议与基础资料入手,然后建立管理体系,从而实现两个维度管理模式以及梳理管控要点,最后建立长效汇报沟通机制,确保项目建设依法合规、可控,希望能提升工程设计质量。
Starting from the implementation of support agreement with the basic data, and then establish the management system, so as to realize the two dimensions of management mode and combing the control points. Finally, the establishment of long-term report communication mechanism to ensure the project in accordance with the law compliance, controllable, which hopes to improve the quality of engineering design.
