主要概述了大型煤制烯烃项目工艺技术路线的优化,从项目选址方面、煤制气工艺技术优化、对全厂高压蒸汽系统方案进行优化、合成气变换装置优化、甲醇合成装置优化、DMTO甲醇制烯烃装置的优化等方面详细叙述,煤制烯烃项目建设中,工艺技术路线直接关乎项目投产后是否能够安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷运营,关乎项目运营的成败。
This paper summarizes the optimization technology of large coal to olefin project, from the project site, optimization of process technology of coal gas, high-pressure steam plant system were optimized and device optimization synthesis gas conversion, methanol synthesis unit optimization, DMTO MTO plant optimization in detail, coal to olefins project construction that process is directly related to whether the project put into operation can be safe, stable, long cycle, full load operation, the operation of the project's success or failure.
