浅谈墙体裂缝的产生与防治

本文适用于框架-剪力墙结构砌体墙及抹灰后针对裂缝的维修。现阶段国内住宅项目交付过程中最为常见的质量问题为墙体裂缝。文章从裂缝产生的原因分析,对工程中常见的裂缝进行分类,总结出施工过程中针对裂缝防治的技术措施。并且根据裂缝的大小,分析出裂缝对于结构的危害性以及对业主产生的不安全感。最后文章以经济效益角度出发,分析本文提出的裂缝维修方法所产生的费用,确保应用过程中做到降本增效,以达到经济技术一体化的目的。

This article applies to the frame shear wall structure,masonry wall and plastering for the repair of cracks.At this stage,the most common quality problem in the process of domestic housing project delivery is wall cracks.This paper analyzes the causes of cracks, classifies the common cracks in engineering, and summarizes the technical measures for prevention and treatment of cracks during construction.And according to the size of the cracks, analysis of the cracks for the structural hazards, as well as the owners of insecurity.Finally ,from the angle of economic efficiency, this paper analyzes the cost of the crack maintenance method proposed in this paper, and ensures the cost reduction and efficiency increase in the process of application, so as to achieve the purpose of integration of economy and technology.
