针织机用针压扁圆丝计算的思考

Pondering over Calculation of Flattened Wire in Needle Fabrication for Knitting Machine

为了方便织针工艺参数制定，以织针圆钢丝压扁体积不变、压扁后截面尺寸比例以及鼓形截面曲线为椭圆的假设，推导出钢丝压扁前圆直径d、压扁后宽度b和厚度a的计算公式，并与实际生产参数进行对比。提出：根据针织机用针生产时圆丝压扁后截面尺寸比例i、压扁前直径d、压扁后宽度b和厚度a推导径厚比J、径宽比k，并建立数表，可供织针制造者参考。

To facilitate setting of process parameters for knitting needles,it is assumed that the volume and the ratio of section size of wires remains unchanged after flattened and the drumlike section is in form of curve ellipse.Calculation formula is worked out,in which d stands for diameter of wire before flattened,b standing for wire width and a wire thickness, checked against the actual production parameters.It is pointed out that according to the wire flattening ratio i ,d ,b and a ,the diameter to thickness ratio j ,width diameter ratio k are educed and tables set for needle makers reference.
