石油天然气工程重大质量隐患信息管理现状及问题探讨

Current status and problem discussion of significant quality hidden trouble information management in petroleum and gas engineering

石油天然气工程质量监督系统于2015年启动了石油天然气在建工程重大质量隐患信息报送制度，但制度存在着诸多问题需要探索解决。通过分析重大质量隐患信息管理的现状、存在的问题，指出重大质量隐患的判定标准和界定范围未明确是导致当前质量隐患信息管理存在问题的主要原因。据此提出了统一重大质量隐患判定标准、完善报送重大质量隐患案例机制、发挥重大质量隐患信息的作用等建议。

The petroleum and gas engineering quality supervision system started the significant quality hidden trouble infor- mation report system for under-construction projects in 2015, but some problems in the system should be explored and solved. Through analyzing the current status and existing problems in management of significant quality hidden trouble in- formation, the main cause is pointed out that the judgment standard and scope of significant quality hidden trouble is un- clear. Thereby, the suggestions such as unifying judgment standard, improving case report system and enhancing infor- mation function of significant quality hidden trouble are put forward.
