摘要
述了CENTUMCS3000集散控制系统在60万t／a乙烯裂解装置中的应用。结合工艺介绍了裂解炉汽包三冲量控制、脱丁烷塔回流罐液位和出口压力超驰控制、裂解炉COT温度及进料选择控制三种控制方案的具体应用，最后介绍了CENTUMCS3000集散控制系统画面组态。
This paper illustrates the application of CENTUM CS3000 distributed control system in the ethylene cracking unit of 60×10^4 t/a, including three-element control of steam drum level of pyrolyzer, override control of reflux drum liquid level and outlet pressure of debutanizer, and COT temperature and feedstock selection control of pyrolyzer. Finally it gives the drawing configuration of the CENTUM CS3000 distributed control system.
