混凝土强度无损检测试验研究

摘要 在对混凝土构件的抗压强度进行无损检测时,使用规范给定的测强曲线方程进行计算,得出的数值往往偏差较大,因此,亟需建立符合地区实际的测强曲线方程。使用兰州地区原材料制作不同强度等级的混凝土试块,分别采用回弹法、超声回弹综合法、压力试验进行强度测试;而后使用Excel软件,对采用回弹法、综合法测得的强度参数与实际抗压强度值之间的关系进行拟合,得到拟合方程;最后,采用厂内在建工程留取的试块,对方程进行验证。验证试验结果表明,拟合方程适用于本地区工程。 In destructive testing of compressive strength of concrete components, the calculated data exist bigger devia- tion as using the strength detecting curve given by relevant code. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the strength detecting curve equation in accord with local actual condition. The concrete test blocks of different strength grades are made by the raw materials from Lanzhou area. The strength tests are carried out by rebound method, ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method and pressure test. Excel software is used to fit the relationship between the strength parameters from rebound method and ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method and the actual compressive strength values to obtain the fitting equation. At last, to verify the applicability of the fitting equation, some experiments are carried out using the test blocks from the constructing project in the plant. The verification results proves that fitting equation is suitable for local engineering projects.
