油气田地面工程防爆电气施工质量问题探讨

爆炸危险环境中的电气安装工程质量涉及到人身和财产安全，是质量控制的重点。通过阐述油气田地面建设防爆电气装置安装工程施工中常出现的原材料及设备规格型号与设计不符、本体存在缺陷以及施工质量问题，明确防爆电气设备的质量要求和安装要求，分析得出产生问题的根本原因是参建各方管理不到位、思想意识上不够重视、质量保证体系不健全或未有效运行、施工人员技术能力不高、责任心不强、监理未有效履行监理职责及设计深度不够等，探讨如何做好防爆电气施工中的质量控制及质量问题的预防措施，进而从根源上防止爆炸事故的发生。

The quality of electrical installation in dangerous explosive environment affects personal and property safety and plays an important role in quality control. This article relates the common quality problems of anti-explosion construction in oil and gas field ground engineering such as the inconsistency between specifications and design of materials and equip- ment, the equipment defect and construction problem, and clarifies the demands on quality and installation of anti-explo- sion electrical equipment. Besides, it analyses the root causes of the problems including insufficient management, without enough attention to ideology, imperfect quality guarantee system or its ineffective implementation, without strong ability and responsibility of technical personnel, ineffective implementation of supervisor＇s obligation and insufficient design depth. It explores how to do the quality control and implement the preventive measures well in anti-explosion electrical construction in order to prevent explosion accident ultimately.
