摘要
通过阐述雷电对电子信息系统的危害,比较标准规范中对防雷技术的相关规定,探讨了如何做好电子信息系统工程防雷接地的质量监督,减少电子信息系统的雷击损失。指出:作为工程质量监督人员,就应为所监督工程项目的质量负责,为自己的工作负责,应该从思想上认识到“防雷减灾”的意义,保障防雷接地的质量,达到预期的防雷效果,减少电子信息系统的雷击损失。
Based on the description of lightning hazard to electronic information system and the comparison of relevant light-ning protection provisions in the standards and codes, it is discussed how to implement quality supervision of earthing for lightning protection in electronic information system in order to reduce the loss caused by lightning. The supervision personnel should recognize the significance of lightning protection and take the responsibility to ensure the quality of earthing for lightning protection.
