无损检测工作常见质量问题与监管方法

Common quality problems and supervision methods of nondestructive testing

为提高对无损检测工作的问题发现能力及监管工作效率，结合多年从事专业检测及监督工作经验，提出一些便于操作、针对性强的监管措施。在简要介绍无损检测工作一般流程的基础上，论述了检测标准用错、标准适用范围不明、检测过程资料不全、无损检测部分漏检、检测结果虚假、缺陷检出率低等无损检测工作中较常出现的一些问题，并给出纠正建议。

In order to enhance the ability of finding quality problems in nondestructive testing and the supervision efficiency, some operational and reliable supervision measures are brought forward based on the many years＇ experience in inspection and supervision. This paper discusses common problems in nondestructive testing, such as misusing testing standard, unfamiliar with applicative scope of testing standard, incomplete testing information, partially missing testing, false test- ing result and low tested rate of defects.
