强化建设单位项目管理提高建设工程实体质量的措施

Strengthen project management of construction company and continuously improve quality of project

结合多年相关行业的工作经验以及对我国油气田地面工程建设项目工程质量监督的体会，从五方责任主体中的建设单位责任角度，指出建设单位在建设项目实施过程中地位特殊、责任重大。简要分析了建设单位在项目前期、中期强化项目管理的途径和措施，以不断提高工程质量。

Based on years of work experience in related industry, as well as the experience of engineering quality supervision from surface engineering construction projects of China＇s oil and gas fields, this paper points out the special position and huge responsibility of the investor from the perspective of responsibility of the investor as the main part of the five parties. It briefly analyzes the ways and measures to strengthen the project management in the early stage and the middle stage of the project so as to continuously improve the project quality.
