摘要
目的:探究用小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合同笑口服液(赖氨肌醇维B_(12)口服液)治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:择取近年来昆山市中医医院收治的94例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,回顾性研究其治疗情况。将这94例患儿平均分为研究组和对比组。使用小儿豉翘清热颗粒对对比组患儿进行治疗,使用小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合同笑口服液对研究组患儿进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患儿的疗效和其退热的用时、疱疹消失的用时、食欲恢复正常的用时以及发生不良反应的情况。结果:研究组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对比组患儿,其退热的用时、疱疹消失的用时、食欲恢复正常的用时均短于对比组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,两组患儿均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:用小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合同笑口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果非常好,可快速缓解患儿的临床症状,而且安全性高。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined widi Tongxiao Oral Solution （Lysine Inosite Vitamin B12 Oral Solution）for treatment of pediatric herpangina. Methods：Select 94 cases child patients with pediatric herpangina treated in Kunshan city Traditonal Medical Hospital during recent years,respectively reasearch treatment situation of these patient.Averagely divided these cases in experimental group and control group.Treat control group with Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules,treat experimental group with Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules and Tongxiao Oral Solution in combination.After treatment,compare therapeutic effect, fever clearance time, disappearance time of herpes, time of appetite returns to normal and situation of adverse effect. Results： The total effective rate of experimental group is higher than control group, fever clearance time, disappearance time of herpes, time of appetite returns to normal of experimental group are shorter than control group（P 〈0.05）. There is no adverse reaction in both groups.. Conclusion： Treating pediatric herpangina by Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Tongxiao Oral Solution group is good,treat child patients with this therapy can relieve symptom quickly,and it has good saftyssss.
