摘要
目前,恶性肿瘤与血栓性疾病之间的相关性已成为临床上的研究热点之一。发生静脉血栓栓塞是导致卵巢癌患者死亡率较高的主要原因之一。导致卵巢癌患者发生静脉血栓栓塞的危险因素较多,且形成机制较为复杂。了解卵巢癌患者发生静脉血栓栓塞的原因及机制对于诊断、预防其发生静脉血栓栓塞具有重要的意义。
The correlation and the pathogenesis between malignant tumors and thrombotic diseases become one of the hotspot of medical research.And venous thromboembolism is one of the major causes of high mortality in patients with ovarian cancer.The risk factors of thrombosis are diverse and pathogenesis is complicated in the patients.To explore the pathogenesis and mechanism of the disease is important for the clinical diagnosis and thromboprophylaxis.
