对高血压性脑出血患者实施肢体功能康复训练的效果探讨

目的:探讨对高血压性脑出血患者实施肢体功能康复训练的临床效果。方法:选取南通大学附属医院神经外科在2015年3月至2017年3月期间收治的44例高血压性脑出血患者作为研究组,选取同期该院收治的44例高血压性脑出血患者作为普通组。对两组患者均实施常规护理。在此基础上,对研究组患者实施肢体功能康复训练。比较两组患者治护的效果及护理前后其ADL评分和FMA评分。结果:1)两组患者入院时其ADL评分和FMA评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者接受护理后其ADL评分和FMA评分均高于普通组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)研究组患者治护的总有效率高于普通组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压性脑出血患者实施肢体功能康复训练可显著改善其日常生活能力及肢体运动功能。

Objective： To explore the effect of limbs rehabilitation training for hypertensive cerebral haematoma patients. Methods： 44 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study group, and the other patients in the same period were selected as control group （n=44）. Patients in the control group were received routine nursing intervention, and the research group was carried out the rehabilitation of limb function on the basis of the control group. The ADL and FMA scores of the two groups at the time of admission and nursing intervention after one month were compared, and the effective rate were also compared. Results： 1） Before nursing, there is no statistical significant between 2 groups （ P〉0.05 ） .After nursing intervention, the ADL and FMA scores of experimental groups are higher than routine group （ P〈0.05 ） . 2）The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Limbs rehabilitation training for hypertensive cerebral haematoma patients can improve their activity of daily living and limbs funtion.
