摘要
研究国产内脱模剂TMV(主要成分为α-十八烷基-ω-羟基聚氧乙烯磷酸酯)在乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)胶料中的应用,并与进口内脱模剂VAM进行对比。结果表明:国产内脱模剂TMV和进口内脱模剂VAM胶料的混炼工艺性能和硫化工艺性能良好,硫化胶片和硫化密封圈光滑、无缺陷;两种内脱模剂硫化胶的物理性能和耐热老化性能无明显差异。在AEM胶料中国产内脱模剂TMV可以替代进口内脱模剂VAM使用,有效降低胶料成本。
In this work, the application of domestic internal mold release agent TMV ( mainly α-octadecyl-ω-hydroxy polyoxyethylene phosphate) in ethylene-acrylate rubber (AEM) was studied and compared with imported internal mold release agent VAM. The results showed that the processing properties and vulcanization properties of the compounds containing TMV and VAM were good, and the vulcanized sheet and vulcanized sealing ring had smooth surface and did not have any defect. The physical properties and heat aging resistance of the compounds with these two kinds of internal mold release agents showed no significant difference. It was demonstrated that the domestic internal mold release agent TMV could replace the imported internal mold release agent VAM in the AEM compound, and it effectively reduced the cost of the compound.
