本土产品开发能力、创新网络与后发企业逆向创新的案例研究

本文聚焦后发企业的逆向创新问题,通过将企业内部创新能力与外部创新网络相结合,基于本土企业逆向创新案例研究,采用扎根理论方法总结后发企业不同发展阶段逆向创新的内在机理.研究发现:本土市场创新为后发企业创造多元化的逆向创新机会;作为后发企业逆向创新系统中的两个重要子系统,创新网络嵌入与基于本土的产品开发能力之间的良好互动,共同促成逆向创新的发生与实现;基于全球创新网络嵌入,促进后发企业实现逆向创新的演化升级.本研究丰富了后发企业自主创新路径的相关研究,加深了对后发企业逆向创新的认识,为本土企业逆向创新实践提供借鉴.

It focused on the reverse innovation of latecomer enterprises, and applied the ground theory to summarize the internal mechanism of reverse innovation by combining the internal and external innovation ability. It finds that reverse innovation path based on market innovation takes on multi-nature; as two important subsystems of reverse innovation, the good interaction between innovation network embeddedness and indigenous product development capabilities contrib- utes to the realization of reverse innovation; the global innovation network embeddedness promotes reverse innovation and upgrading. It enriches the research of independent innovation path of latecomer enterprise, deepens the understand- ing of the reverse innovation of latecomer enterprise, and provides guidance for the local enterprises＇ reverse innovation practices.
