摘要
利用动力学软件DICTRA对MG600铸坯凝固过程中的枝晶偏析和等温均匀化退火过程进行模拟,同时将模拟结果与实际退火试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,DICTRA模拟的Si、Mn偏析度结果与试验结果有较好符合,1250℃保温6 h为MG600铸坯的最佳退火工艺。
The as-cast dendritic micro-segregation phenomenon and isothermal homogenization annealing of MG600 ingot were predicted by means of DICTRA( diffusion-controlled transformations) software. Meanwhile,the simulated results and annealing experiment consequence were compared and analyzed. The results show that the micro-segregation factor of Si and Mn results agree well with annealing experiment.Holding for 6 h at 1250 ℃ is best annealing process.
