超短波联合依托考昔治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效

Efficacy of ultrashort wave combined with Etroricoxib in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder

目的观察超短波联合依托考昔治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月期间在我院门诊治疗的肩周炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组。对照组口服依托考昔,观察组口服依托考昔联合超短波治疗。比较治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分法、关节活动度、改良Bar-thel指数、临床治愈率,复发率和不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者获得良好的临床治愈率,药物不良反应少,随访发现复发率低,肩关节疼痛评分、活动度、改良Barthel指数均较治疗前明显改善,但观察组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论超短波联合依托考昔治疗肩周炎能有效缓解患者肩部疼痛,改善肩关节活动功能,该联合疗法值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect and adverse effect of ultrashort wave combined with Etroricox-ib in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 80 cases with periarthritis of shoulder from March 2015 toMarch 2016 were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group. Etroricoxib therapy was provided incontrol group while ultrashort wave plus Etroricoxib therapy in treatment group. VAS,ROM and MBI were appliedfor the evaluation before and after the treatment. The differences of clinical cure rate,recurrence rate and adversereactions were observed between 2 groups. Results There were higher cure rates,lower recurrence rates and lessadverse reactions in 2 groups after the treatment. The shoulder joint pain,rang of should motion and BI of bothgroups were improved with significant differences after the treatment,but treatment group witnessed more improve-ment（P 0.05）. Conclusions Ultrashort wave combined with Etroricoxib therapy can relieve shoulder pain,andfurther improve the function of shoulder joint activity in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. It is recommendedfor clinical application.
