摘要 动车段承担动车组高级修作业,是保障动车组安全可靠运行、有效延长动车组续航里程的重要设施,动车段工程设计是高速铁路设计技术的重要课题。在成都动车段工程设计中,基于既有路网规划,测算全路动车组检修数据,发现存在检修能力缺口,大胆提出需补强路网检修能力,增设成都动车段;根据成都枢纽布局特点,首次提出"两站一段"的段址选择模式,有效实现资源共享;总图布置充分考虑地形条件、工艺技术因素,避免与市政道路干扰;创新采用大量工程技术,比如转向架流水修采用"直线型径路流水修,关键工序双工位补强"方式,采用水泥搅拌桩加固库内地基方案等。成都动车段工程技术创新,完善了工程设计,积累了动车组检修技术经验,继承发展,为其他动车段工程设计提供借鉴。 EMU Depot undertakes high level repairing to ensure safe and reliable operation of EMU and extend effectively the running mileage of EMU. The engineering design of EMU depot is an important task of high-speed railway design. In the design of Chengdu EMU depot, EMU maintenance data are calculated based on the existing network planning, and the lack of maintenance capacity is identified, which lead to the proposal to enhance network maintenance capability by establishing chengdu EMU Depot. Based on the characteristics of Chengdu hub layout, " two stations share one depot" is put proposed for the first time to effectively fulfill resource sharing. The general layout fully takes into account the terrain conditions and maintenance process techniques to avoid interference with municipal roads. A large number of engineering techniques are employed innovatively, such as bogie streamline repair approach of "straight streamline repair, double posts for key process" and cement mixing pile to reinforce foundation in the depot. Engineering and technological innovations for Chengdu depot improve the engineering design and accumulate EMU maintenance technical experiences to provide references for the design of other EMU depots.
