大数据背景下,传统的舆情分析技术和监控系统很难适应海量舆情信息的大数据特征。构建了基于大数据技术的舆情分析与决策支持系统的分层架构,并详细介绍了系统中所使用的关键技术。大数据给社会舆情分析与政府决策支持带来了新的机遇,基于大数据技术的舆情分析与决策支持系统为决策者应对舆情危机提供了科学化的信息支持。

Under the big data surroundings, original public opinion analysis technologies and online public monitoring systems are insufficient for the big data feature of mass public opinion information. This paper constructs the hierarchical structure of public opinion analysis and decision support system based on big data technology, and introduces in detail the key technologies used in the system. Big data brings new opportunities for social public opinion analysis and decision support, which can provide scientific information for policy makers to improve crisis management.
