摘要
对聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油合成进行改进,制备了蓬松型嵌段硅油SH-572,探讨了引发剂用量及环己基偶联剂用量对蓬松型嵌段硅油SH-572整理织物性能的影响,将其用于织物的柔软整理并与市场同类产品进行比较。结果表明,蓬松型嵌段硅油SH-572合成优化工艺为:聚合温度105℃、聚合时间2.5 h、引发剂用量0.3%、环己基偶联剂用量为0.9%,制备的蓬松型嵌段硅油SH-572环氧率为96%,耐高温、耐碱稳定性良好,能够满足生产的要求;采用蓬松型嵌段硅油SH-572的乳液对棉织物和涤纶织物进行整理,具有较好的蓬松性,且整理后织物的白度值为83,比市场上的整理剂更优。
The modified silicone oil SH-572 was prepared by improving the synthesis of polyether amino block copolymerized silicone oil. The effect of the amount of initiator and cyelohexyl coupling agent of modified silicone oil SH-572 on the finishing properties of fabric was discussed. It was used to soft finishing for fabric and compared it with similar products on the market. The results show that optimum conditions are as follows: the polymerization temperature is 105 ℃ for 2.5 h, and the dosage of initiator is 0.3%, the dosage of cyclohexyl coupling agent is 0.9%. The modified silicone oil SH-572 can meet the production requirements with good alkali stability and high temperature stability, and the epoxy rate is up to 96%. The SH-572 emulsion finishing on the cotton fabric and polyester fabric is better than the market feel finishing agent, with is more fluffy with a whiteness value of 83%.
