综合护理、呼吸训练结合有氧运动对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的康复效果观察

Rehabilitation effect observation of comprehensive nursing and respiratory training combined with aerobic exercise on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者最佳的护理方法。方法 2016年5月~2017年5月,采取随机数字表法,将58例患者随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组2组。常规护理组患者采取传统的护理方法,综合护理组患者采取综合护理、呼吸训练和有氧运动结合的方法。采取χ2检验和t检验的统计方法,从在肺功能检测、RPFS-C评分和康复效果3方面对护理效果进行评价。结果综合护理组患者的肺功能检测、RPFS-C评分和康复效果均明显好于常规护理组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在康复效果方面,两组患者的总有效率分别为93.10%和72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理、呼吸训练和有氧运动结合的护理方法,有效提高了患者的康复效果。

Objective To explore the best nursing methods for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 58 patients were divided into routine care group and comprehensive nursing group by random number table method from May 2016 to May 2017. The patients in the routine nursing group were treated with traditional nursing methods. The patients in the comprehensive nursing group were treated with comprehensive nursing, respiratory training and aerobic exercise. The chi square test and t test were used to evaluate the effect of nursing with 3 aspects： Pulmonary function test, RPFS-C score and rehabilitation effect. Results The lung function test, RPFS-C score and rehabilitation effect of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly better than that of the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the comprehensive nursing group and the routine nursing group was 93.10% and 72.41% respectively, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of comprehensive nursing, respiratory training and aerobic exercise can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of the natients.
