脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者应用集束化护理模式的康复效果观察及对患者生活质量的影响

Observation on rehabilitation effect of cluster nursing model and its influence on quality of life in stroke patients with dysphagia

目的研究脑卒中吞咽功能障碍者应用集束化护理模式的康复效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法本研究选取2015年4月12日~2017年5月21日我院接收的48例脑卒中后吞咽功能出现障碍的患者为例,并严格依照随机分组的方法,将患者平均分为研究组以及对照组。研究组所有患者均采用集束化护理的护理方式,对照组患者则统一采用常规护理。结果脑卒中吞咽功能障碍者应用集束化护理模式的康复效果良好并且对患者生活质量的提高有很大帮助。结论在临床上应该在脑卒中吞咽功能障碍的患者中逐渐推行集束化的护理模式,这对患者吞咽功能的恢复和生活质量的提高有很大的帮助。

Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of cluster nursing model and its influence on the quality of life in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods 48 cases patients with swallowing disorder after stroke in our hospital from April 12, 2015 to May 21, 2017 were selected, and they were divided into study group and the control group strictly in accordance with the method of randomization. All patients in the study group were given cluster nursing, while patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Results The rehabilitation effect of cluster nursing model in stroke patients with dysphagia was good, and it was helpful to improve the quality of life of patients. Conclusion In the clinical practice, the cluster nursing model should be gradually implemented in the patients with dysphagia after stroke, which is of great help to the recovery of swallowing function and the improvement of the quality of life.
