中医护理对高血压病痰湿壅盛证患者清晨血压的影响

Influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on morning blood pressure in hypertensive patients with Syndrome of accumulation of phlegm dampness

目的观察中医护理对高血压病痰湿壅盛证患者清晨血压的影响。方法将60例辨证为痰湿壅盛证的2级高血压病患者随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组均遵医嘱予降压治疗及常规护理,观察组在此基础上配合中医护理。两组均予观察1个月,观察两组试验前后清晨血压的水平,并比较患者的中医临床症状疗效。结果试验后两组清晨血压均较试验前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组试验后清晨血压下降显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的中医临床症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预可显著降低高血压病痰湿壅盛证患者清晨血压水平,并改善患者的中医临床症状。

Objective To observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on morning blood pressure in hypertensive patients with Syndrome of accumulation of phlegm dampness. Methods 60 eases of state of Hypertension 2 with Syndrome of accumulation of phlegm dampness were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were given medical treatment and routine nursing according to the doctor＇ s advice.The patients of observation group were treated with traditional chinese medicine nursing on this basis.The patients of two groups were observed for one month.The morning blood pressure in the two groups was observed before and after the test,and the clinical TCM symptoms of the patients were compared. Results After the test,the morning blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before the experiment （P 〈 0.01）.The morning blood pressure of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）.The clinical TCM symptom of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can significantly reduce the morning blood pressure level in hypertensive patients with Syndrome of accumulation of phlegm dampness and improve the clinical TCM svmDtoms.
