Nd:YAG激光治疗老年人牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity in the elderly

目的测试以及评价Nd:YAG激光治疗牙本质过敏症在老年人群中的临床疗效。方法将48例右下颌第一磨牙患有牙本质过敏症的老年人随机分成A、B两组,A组(n=24):清洁46牙面后使用Nd:YAG激光照射牙面敏感部位60s,B组(n=24):清洁46牙面,不进行任何操作。我们使用冷刺激以及数字化疼痛评分法(VAS)评价治疗前和治疗后不同时间点牙本质敏感的程度。结果冷刺激VAS和评分在治疗前、治疗后不同时间点(即刻、治疗后一周、一个月、三个月)分别为(60.96±2.00)、(24.15±2.58)、(25.54±2.89)、(22.65±3.03)、(21.56±1.91)分。治疗前与治疗后不同时间点比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光治疗老年人群的牙本质过敏症具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe and evaluate Clinical observation of Nd：YAG laser in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity in the elderly. Methods 48 elderly patients with dentin hypersensitivity of The elderly 48 cases of right mandibular first molars were randomly divided into 2 groups（n=24）.The teeth surface sensitive parts of patients in group A were treated with Nd：YAG laser irradiation for 60s after cleaning fourth and Sixth teeth.The surface of the first molar of the right mandibula was cleaned.The patients in group B only treated with cleaning fourth and Sixth teeth.The dentine sensitivity degree was evaluated before and after treatment by cold iiTiatating and VAS. Results Cold stimulation VAS and score before treatment,after treatment at different time points （immediate,after treatment,one week,one month,three months） were （60.96 ± 2.00）,（24.15±2.58）,（25.54± 2.89）,（22.65±3.03）,（21.56±1.91） points. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Collehmion Nd：YAG laser treatment of essential hypersensitivity in elderly population has good clinical efficacy.
