近代欧洲“灵肉体操”流派之J.P.穆勒体操思想寻绎

Seeking the Gymnastics Ideology of J.P. Muller and the School of Mind-Body Exercise in Modern Europe

J·P·穆勒体操体系是近代欧洲灵肉体操流派的主要代表之一,对丹麦及世界体操的发展都做出了特殊的贡献。对近代欧洲"灵肉体操"流派的历史演进进行了梳理,并对穆勒的体育人生及其体操和健康思想进行了历史的论绎。研究认为,穆勒体操体系及其所代表的灵肉体操流派是欧洲大陆体操运动"后兵式体操"时代欧洲体操家对传统体操文化的历史选择和转型。穆勒及灵肉体操在发展过程中因与神秘主义思想的结合逐渐具备了东方传统体育中的"炼心"特征。另外,穆勒体操中的特殊文化价值对于思考如何促进文化身份认同,增强自我控制能力,培养情怀信仰方面具有一定的借鉴价值和时代意义。

J.P. Muller gymnastics system is one of the main representatives of modem European mind-body exercise genre, Muller gymnastics have made a special contribution to the development of Danish gymnastics even the world gymnastics. Through using the literature research, logic induc- tion, text analysis and other methods to retrospect the history of Mind-Body Exercise, The Research carried out a interpretation on Muller＇ s gymnastics life and its thought. The study suggests that the Muller gymnastics system and the schools of the mind-body gymnastics is a new exploration and historical choice for European gymnastics movement in the era of the post- military gymnastics. By mean of mysticism, Muller gymnastics and the school of mind-body exercises gradually integrate with the Oriental traditional exercises which stress the importance of t cultivating the mind in the subsequent development. Moreover, the special cultural value of Muller gymnastics has some refer- ence value and the significance, such as the promotion of cultural identity, the improvement of self control ability and cultivation of faith.
