儿童获得性Blaschko皮炎1例

A Case of Pediatric Acquired Blaschko Dermatitis

患者女,14岁。左侧背部及左上肢瘙痒性丘疹3年,反复发作。皮肤科情况:左侧肩胛区至左上肢可见沿Blaschko线分布的针头至粟粒大小淡红色丘疹。真菌镜检阴性。组织病理学检查:非特应性海绵水肿性皮炎及血管周围嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:儿童获得性Blaschko皮炎。给予外用激素、抗组胺、保湿等治疗2周,患者皮疹明显消退、变平。

A 14-year-old female presented with a-3-year history of a pruritic papular eruption,which was limited on her left back and arm,along the Blaschko＇s line and recurrent attacks.Physical exam disclosed multiple miliary size papules coalescing into a linear plaque extending from the left back to the left arm along the Blaschko＇s line.Fungus microscope examination was negative.Histopathologic examination revealed nonspecific spongiotic and perivascular dermatitis with eosinophils.Diagnosis： Pediatric Acquired Blaschko Dermatitis.The eruption succeeded to respond to treatment with topical steroids,antihistamines and moisturizers for two weeks.
