纸质低成本电化学CO气体传感器 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前电化学气体传感器体积大,工序多,工艺复杂的问题。本文在玻璃纤维纸上采用丝网印刷技术制备铂黑电极,一个传感器的三个电极处在同一纸平面上,有效地降低了装配难度,提高了工作效率,装配后得到了体积小、成本低的三电极电化学CO气体传感器,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对电极材料表面的物质形貌和大小进行了观察。结果表明铂黑催化剂和聚四氟乙烯混合均匀,铂黑粒径在13纳米,传感器灵敏度达到了18.6 nA/ppm CO,响应时间和恢复时间分别小于5秒和20秒,可见我们的传感器有非常好的气敏性能,能够满足应用需要。
