摘要
对我国中小学体育课程改革进行历史梳理和文献研究,对改革中出现的问题进行分析,对"快乐体育""教师的主导地位和学生的主体地位的关系"、教学内容的"土洋之争"、课程目标以及教学理念等问题进行探讨。认为:理论相对实践而言具有一定的滞后性;对中小学体育课程改革取得的成果和经验不应"割裂式"地进行否定,而是应该"修补式"修正,形成合理的控制体系;"顶层设计"和"基层理解与执行"缺乏广泛有效的沟通,影响了改革预期的效果;理论上的不确定性,进一步影响了基层工作的模糊性;从教育理念上看,还存在民族传统文化教化和人性管理不足等问题。
The paper analyzed the problems among the reform of physical education curriculum in Chinese primary and middle schools. It is mainly about " happy physical education"," the relation- ship between teachers" heading role and students" subject role" , "fight between traditional or western teaching content" , teaching aim and teaching opinion. The result is that theory is delayed to prac- tice. As for the achievement and experience of the curriculum reform, we should correct them in- stead of fragmented negation. There is less widely and effective communication between "leader de- sign" and " subordinate understand and execute", which influenced the reform result. Uncertainty theory influenced subordinate. The problems such as traditional cultural education and personality management insufficiency still exist .
