桥本氏甲状腺炎伴Hp感染患儿血清IL-17与APN水平及TLR蛋白表达的影响

Influence of serum IL-17 and adiponectin levels and TLR protein expression of children with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis complicated with Hp infection

目的研究与观察桥本氏甲状腺炎伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患儿的血清白细胞介素17(IL-17)、脂联素(APN)水平及Toll样受体(TLR)蛋白表达变化情况。方法选取2013年2月-2016年10月医院收治的69例桥本氏甲状腺炎伴Hp感染患儿为A组,69例桥本氏甲状腺炎患儿为B组,69例Hp感染患儿为C组,69名健康儿童为D组,将四组血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指标进行比较,同时比较A、B组中不同桥本氏甲状腺炎分期患儿,A、C组中不同Hp分型患儿的上述指标检测结果。结果 A组的血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指标(TLR2及TLR9)分别为(10.25±1.34)ng/L、(11.15±1.36)mg/L、(5.86±0.64)ng/ml及(19.84±2.68)ng/ml,均高于B组(7.91±0.95)ng/L、(8.90±0.93)mg/L、(3.91±0.34)ng/ml、(11.02±1.93)ng/ml,C组的(7.80±0.93)ng/L、(8.87±0.90)mg/L、(3.78±0.31)ng/ml、(10.84±1.89)ng/ml及D组的(5.76±0.45)ng/L、(6.95±0.73)mg/L、(2.02±0.23)ng/ml、(5.56±0.60)ng/ml,B组及C组均高于D组,且A、B两组中不同桥本氏甲状腺炎分期患儿的血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指标表达水平存在显著性差异,A、C两组中不同Hp分型患儿的上述指标检测结果也存在显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论桥本氏甲状腺炎伴Hp感染患儿的血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指标表达呈现明显异常状态,且桥本氏甲状腺炎分期与Hp分型均对其表达有较大的影响,应重视对上述指标的监测与改善。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and observe the changes of serum interleukin（IL-17）and adiponectin（APN）levels and Toll-like receptors（TLR）protein espression of children with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis complicated with Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infections.METHODS A total of 69 children with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis complicated with Hp infections in our hospital from Feb.2013 to Oct.2016 were selected as group A,69 children with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis were selected as group B,69 children with Hp infection were selected as group C,and 69 healthy children were selected as group D.Then the serum IL-17 and APN levels and TLR protein indexes of the four groups were compared,and those indexes′detection results of group A and group B with different stages of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis,group A and group C with different Hp types were compared.RESULTS The serum IL-17 and APN levels and TLR protein indexes（TLR2and TLR9）of group A were（10.25±1.34）ng/L,（11.15±1.36）mg/L,（5.86±0.64）ng/ml and（19.84±2.68）ng/ml,which were all higher than（7.91±0.95）ng/L,（8.90±0.93）mg/L,（3.91±0.34）ng/ml and（11.02±1.93）ng/ml of group B,（7.80±0.93）ng/L,（8.87±0.90）mg/L,（3.78±0.31）ng/ml and（10.84±1.89）ng/ml of group C and（5.76±0.45）ng/L,（6.95±0.73）mg/L,（2.02±0.23）ng/ml and（5.56±0.60）ng/ml of group D,the results of group B and group C were all higher than those of group D,the serum IL-17 and APN levels and TLR protein indexes of group A and group B with different stages of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis had significant differences,and the detection results of group A and group C with different Hp types had significant differences too（all P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe serum IL-17 and APN levels and TLR protein indexes of children with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis complicated with Hp infections show obviously abnormal expression state,and the influence of stages of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and types of Hp type for the expression are great too,so those indexes should be paid to more monitoring and improvement.
