内地高校民族学生教育管理工作机制研究

The Research of Institutionalization of Minority Students Education and Management in Mainland Colleges

党和国家高度重视少数民族学生教育管理服务工作,并取得了不少成绩。少数民族学生在内地高校的人数越来越多,内地高校需要重视民族学生的教育管理工作。文章通过调研部分高校,结合一些少数民族学生教育管理工作中的经验做法,总结梳理"一·七·一"民族学生教育管理工作机制。

More and more minority students study in mainland college. Many mainland colleges still do not attach great importance to education and management of minority students. It results in some minority students neglecting their studies and losing themselves. Based on the experience of minority students＇ daily education and management work, we summarize and form the management system of ＂ 1-7-1 ＂.
