摘要
共轭聚合物纳米颗粒具有超强的荧光效应,而且无毒、水溶性好,是一类新型荧光探针,具有良好的生物成像功能。通过再沉淀法制备了水溶性的血卟啉掺杂的聚(9,9-二己基)芴(poly(9,9-dihexylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl))纳米颗粒,PDHF与血卟啉之间的共振能量转移,提高了血卟啉的荧光效应,同时改善了血卟啉的水溶性,并将其用于胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞成像分析,得到良好的成像效果。
Semiconducting polymer-based nanoparticles (Pdots) have recently emerged as a new class of ultrabright probes for sensitive ion detection and biological imaging. This paper describes a reprecipitation method for producing a stable, aqueous suspension of hydrophobic, fluorescent n-conjugated Pdots of haematoporphyrin(HPD)-doped conjugated polymer (poly(9,9-dihexylfluorenyl -2,7-diyl) ) (PDHF) Pdots as a platform. Salient features of the nanoparticles include their small diameter and spherical morphology. Moreover, we characterized cellular uptake of the Pdots in SGC - 7901 cells. Significant nanoparticle uptake was observed, indicating efficient nanoparticles entry into cells. The high fluorescence of these nanoparticles allows extremely low loading concentrations.
