椎体成形术后再发椎体压缩性骨折的相关风险因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的评估经皮穿刺椎体成形(PVP)术中骨水泥渗漏、骨密度值与术后再发椎体骨折风险的相关性。方法对2009年1月至2013年6月行PVP治疗的141例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,根据术后是否再发椎体骨折分为再骨折组和对照组,术中是否出现骨水泥椎间渗漏分为渗漏组和未渗漏组,分别分析两组的骨水泥注射量、骨水泥渗漏率、骨密度值、再发椎体骨折等情况。结果本组141例,平均随访20个月。再骨折组的骨密度值(-3.6±0.49)与对照组的(-2.7±0.21)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);渗漏组术后相邻椎体再发骨折数与未渗漏组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);渗漏组术后非相邻椎体再发骨折数与未渗漏组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PVP术中骨水泥椎间渗漏增加术后相邻椎体再发骨折的风险,但不增加非相邻椎体术后再发骨折的风险;骨密度降低是再发椎体骨折的危险因素。
