小飞蓬精油与杀虫剂复配对小菜蛾田间药效试验

Efficacy trial of complex formulation of Conyza canadesis essential oil and pesticide on Plutella xylostella

为了探讨小飞蓬精油与杀虫剂复配对小菜蛾幼虫的防效,以减少杀虫剂的施用量,降低蔬菜农药残留,进行小飞蓬精油与8种杀虫剂复配对小菜蛾的田间药效试验,结果表明:30%茚虫威5g与小飞蓬精油2mL复配处理、20%虫酰阱30g与小飞蓬精油10mL复配对小菜蛾的速效性及持效性较好,药后1d防效分别达70.98%、75.13%;药后3~7d防效分别达80.55%、84.94%。200g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺8mL与小飞蓬精油2mL复配的速效性较差,药后1d的防效仅为63.95%,但其持效性较好,药后7d防效达83.29%。从害虫抗药性方面考虑,生产上可轮换交替使用200g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺与小飞蓬精油复配物、30%茚虫威与小飞蓬复配物、20%虫酰阱与小飞蓬复配物防治小菜蛾。

An efficacy trial of complex formulation of Conyza canadesis essential oil and 8 pesticides on Plutella xylostellalarvae was carried out in field in order to reduce abuse and residues of pesticides in vegetables.The results showed that complex formulations consist of 5 g 30%indoxacarb and 2 mL essential oil of Conyza canadesis,and 30 g 20%tebufenozideand and 10 mL essential oil of Conyza canadesis were better with rapid action and persistent controlling efficacy,which was 70.98% and 75.13%,respectively after treated for 1 d,and 80.55% and 84.94% after treated for 3-7 d.Effects of complex formulation of 8 mL 200 g/L Chlorantraniliprole and 2 mL essential oil of Conyza canadesis on Plutella xylostella was not quick action but persistent,the control efficacy of which was only63.95% after treated for 1 d,but reached 83.29%after treated for 7 d.Therefore,the above three complex formulations were recommended to be applied alternately when considering the resistance of vegetable pests.
