摘要
猪圆环病毒3型(Porcine circovirus type 3,PCV3)为新发传染病病原。2016年美国首次报道了该病的发生与流行。为了解PCV3在我国猪群中的分布与流行状况,本研究建立了PCV3 PCR检测方法。敏感性和特异性试验结果表明,该方法对PCV3的最低核酸检出量为38 pg,可扩增出284 bp的特异性片段。利用建立的PCR方法对从河北省猪场收集的168份疑似样品进行检验,检出阳性样本9份,表明河北猪群存在PCV3感染。
Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3)is a new infectious disease pathogen. The United States firstly reported PCV3 in 2016. In order to understand the distribution of PCV3 in China,the PCR method on PCV3 was established. The results of sensitivity and specificity showed that the lowest detection amount of nucleic acid for PCV3 was 38 pg,and a specific fragment of 284 bp could be amplified. A total of 168 suspected samples were collected from Hebei Province by PCR,and 9 positive samples were detected,which indicated that PCV3 infection was present in swine herds in Hebei Province.
