口蹄疫O-A-Asia1型三价灭活疫苗免疫骆驼的安全性和最小免疫剂量试验

Safety and Minimum Immunization Dose Tests on FMD Trivalent Inactivated Vaccine of O-A-Asia1 Type for Camels

为确定口蹄疫O-A-Asia1型三价灭活疫苗免疫骆驼的安全性和免疫效果,分别进行了2倍注射剂量和3倍注射剂量的安全性试验和最小免疫剂量试验。结果显示:该疫苗对6月龄以上骆驼安全,无任何毒副反应;适宜的免疫剂量为6月龄以上骆驼每峰3.0 m L。该类型疫苗对骆驼安全,免疫效果良好;一次接种可同时预防O、A、Asia1 3个血清型的口蹄疫。

In order to determine the safety and immunological effect of O-A-Asia1 type of FMD trivalent inactivated vaccine,the safety test and minimum immunological dose test were conducted for 2 and 3 fold injection dose of FMD,respectively. The results showed that the vaccine was safe for six-month or older camels without any side effects. The appropriate immunization dose was 3.0 m L per camel to six-month camels. This type of vaccine was safe and effective for camels. And O,A and Asia 1 type 3 serotypes of FMD could be prevented by only once vaccination.
