摘要
合成阿托伐他汀母环M4关键中间体异丁酰乙酸苯胺过程中,有一明显杂质生成,该杂质在产物中的含量,随着温度的升高,而逐渐提高,温度达到140℃以上,产物全部转化为该杂质。对该杂质进行了1HNMR、IR、MS分析,确认了结构为二苯基脲。
Synthesis of atorvastatin cycle M4 key intermediate in the process of acyl of butyl ani line aniline acetate,There is a obvious impurity generated. The impurity content in the product with the increase of temperature,is gradually improve,When the temperature is above 140 ℃,the product is translated into all the impurity. The structure of the impurity was confirmed for diphenylcarbamide.
