摘要
Mn-Ce/TiO_2低温催化剂实验室研究已取得了一定进展,但目前针对该催化剂的成型化研究还相对缺乏。本文研究了成型工艺中添加剂对Mn-Ce/TiO_2催化剂的机械性能及其低温脱硝活性的影响。实验结果表明,添加10%玻璃纤维(GF)可以使催化剂耐磨强度和粘附强度均达到最佳值;添加0.5%硅烷偶联剂既可以使催化剂机械强度达到最优,同时也能让催化剂活性达到最大值;添加2.5%碳酸氢铵可以提高催化剂在低温下的活性,使NO_x脱除率在160℃时提高了5%。
The laboratory investigation of Mn-Ce/TiO2 low-temperature catalyst has made some progress. However,the forming research on the catalyst was relatively lacking. In this paper,the effects of additives on the mechanical properties and low-temperature de-nitration activity of Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalyst were studied. The experiment result showed that the addition of 10%glass fiber( GF) could significantly make attrition strength and adhesion strength of the catalyst reach the optimal value. 0. 5%silane coupling agent were added could achieve optimal mechanical strength and activity of the catalyst. Adding 2. 5% ammonium bicarbonate could advance the activity of the catalyst under low-temperature,making the NOx removal rate increased by 5% at 160℃ .
