摘要
壳聚糖是自然界中唯一的天然碱性多糖,因其优异的理化性质和生物学活性,成为生物医学应用中最有前景的聚合物之一。本文介绍了壳聚糖作为多功能生物相容性聚合物的特性,并对近年来通过功能化提高壳聚糖血液相容性的研究进行了综述,最后提出壳聚糖改性材料在生物医学上应用的展望。
Chitosan is the only natural alkaline polysaccharide in nature,and it has become one of the most promising polymers in biomedical application due to its excellent physicochemical properties and biological activity. In this paper,the properties of chitosan as a multifunctional biocompatible polymer were introduced, and the recent researchs of improving the blood compatibility of chitosan by functionalization were reviewed. Finally,the prospect of chitosan modified materials in biomedical application was put forward.
