摘要
在聚醚多元醇水基钻井液基础上开发了兼具抑制和防塌性能的聚醚醇胺环保水基钻井液。室内研究结果表明,聚醚醇胺钻井液对页岩的抑制性优于聚醚多元醇钻井液。聚醚醇胺水基钻井液在永X48井应用结果表明,该钻井液体系对永X48井的强水敏性强泥岩具有良好的抑制作用,体现了优良的防塌效果,有效防止了井下复杂。
Polyether hydramine drilling fluid was developed on the basis of polyether polyol drilling fluid,which shown excellent inhibitory and anti-collapsing performance. The results in laboratory shows that anti-collapsing performance of Polyether hydramine was better than polyether polyol drilling fluid. Polyether hydramine drilling fluid applied in Yong X48 well showed low friction,high shale inhibitory and good thixotropic behavior which was beneficial to reduce the downhole complex.
